Adult Pornstar Katsuni is currently suing the rap artist Bow Wow for stealing the dance routine she featured in and created for French group, The Electronic Conspiracy in their video The Conspiracy Strip Club.
Katsuni claims in the lawsuit that Bow Wow used roughly 80 some odd seconds of her choreography in his video for “Drank In My Cup,” which is the first release from his upcoming album “Underrated.”
Katsuni is suing Bow Wow and his record label, Universal Music Group, for upwards of $75 000. She cites punitive damages for “publicity rights violations, unfair business practices, false association and unjust enrichment.”
Katsuni’s lawsuit states that “at no time did plaintiff permit footage of her dance performance in the Electronic Conspiracy music video to be used for any other purpose or in conjunction with any other musician other than Electronic Conspiracy.”
