Pervs Review:

Cams.com is the latest webcam site review on the Pervs agenda and upon first look this site looks promising and inviting.  The fact that it is one of the top ranking webcam sites out there surely helps and it does in turn give it a certain amount of legitimacy.  Of course we have learned long ago not to judge a book by its cover (and of course not to judge to hot chick until you scroll all the way down and make sure she doesn’t have a 3^rd leg).

Now let’s take a closer look at Cams.com

It’s FREE! No seriously it is free… to make a membership.  That’s where the free stops.  The moment you make your membership you are immediately greeted by a welcome page that says (in not some many words) that it is best to buy some credits to tip the girls, get private shows and enjoy ALL the site has to offer!

You don’t have to buy any credits, but you do have to make a membership even if you want to just look at a girl or guy in a non-sexual context.  The way it works is that you can watch them for a short time, but unless you are a member the feed will cut off.

So let’s recap; No membership = site will really suck for you.  Membership = you can get teased. Membership + Credits = You are having a Blast!

In terms of quantity, Cams.com offers up an average of right around 600 live models at any time.  That’s quite a few to pick and choose from.

What I found particularly eye catching was the fact that they have a 29 671 listed cam models, now THAT is a lot of cams and a lot of choice!

The categories are straight forward and filtered; 11 initial Categories

After that you can filter out by hair color and then ethnicity.

I am always loathe to rate the quality of a webcam site because so much of it depends upon the individual feed for each model. Is the model good, is she/he great? All this is a matter of opinion and presentation.  The actual cam feed however has a little more to do with the site and I was a little surprised here.  I expected a flawless feed and a couple of times I was met with some slightly grainy, slightly choppy cams.

Of course that is just me being picky, for the most part the cams were good and offered up decent feeds.  The quality is there and the models (if you pay them) will likely do what you ask, so in that regards cams.com is as good as any.

As you have surely realized by now here at Pervsreview we value, simple, clear and un-cluttered.  I found the home page a little too cluttered for my taste.  The navigation itself was spot on, I loved the category filter and the ease with which we could find what we are looking for, and the fact that the site keeps a list of your most recently viewed cams is a nice touch.

Really the site is a great one, but we don’t’ like clutter and there is just too much going on here

All In All I have to say that Cams.com is a user friendly webcam site and offers up a great deal of choice and selection.
